A valuable human trait I discovered consciously is personal guidance. Instead of expecting fellow humans to know or tell what’s best for us, we listen to our inner self. Self Guidance is available to all humans. To me it is the moment of sharp clarity for the next step. There is zero hesitation, even when the next step feels like a leap of faith, risky and scary to the logical mind. Suddenly, unexpected hopeful excitement emerges with abundance of energy to propel action. That moment is precious and buzzing, the body becomes flexible again, hyper focus emerges. So the question is how do you activate it ? Simple: inward focus with intention. Yet not so easy to do.
