Description

Buddha Yana by Gülnar Babayeva, private collection, Hudson Valley NY
Artist Musingly
Yana in the title means vehicle, just like the human body! We move in space-time with a body-vehicle to the same destination, most human beings fear and/or resist, along the way making or breaking realities.
A vehicle that is bound to spacetime & incapable of existence outside of it. A vehicle that communicates in subtle and not so subtle ways. Do you listen ? Can you hear it? A vehicle that is in service to our essence but is not the essence. A vehicle capable of dreaming(!) – a built-in mechanism for temporary escape of the boundless essence, for the duration of its earthly mission. Good thing we are not totally stuck as it may feel at times. & Luckily, it all begins with a dream.
